These Terms of Service govern your use of Vibelet, including the mobile app, desktop connector, website, and related services.

#Using Vibelet

Vibelet helps you control desktop sessions from your phone. You are responsible for the devices, accounts, local network, third-party tools, and content you connect to Vibelet.

You may not use Vibelet to violate laws, bypass access controls, interfere with other systems, or access content and accounts without permission.

#Accounts and Purchases

Some Vibelet features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, RevenueCat, and the available plans, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown during checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the purchase flow, app settings, or the store or payment provider used for the purchase.

#Local Data and Remote Sessions

Vibelet is designed around local-first operation. Your phone connects to a desktop connector running on your own computer, and your session data remains under your control unless you explicitly configure external access or third-party services.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, commands, approvals, and outputs produced in your remote sessions.

#Third-Party Services

Vibelet may work with third-party tools, models, developer services, stores, payment processors, or network services that you choose to use. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

#Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

#Disclaimers and Liability

Vibelet is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill.
